1. Event Attendance

• Tickets must be purchased through our official platforms.

• All attendees must be 21 years or older unless otherwise stated.

• Collective Culture reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

• Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

• Events may be photographed or recorded; by attending, you grant us the right to use your likeness for promotional purposes.

 

2. Vendor Participation

• Vendors must apply, be approved, and pay the designated vendor fee to participate.

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, licenses, and compliance with all applicable laws.

• No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations.

• Collective Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods or equipment.

• You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes.

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

• We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

• Collective Culture is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during events, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or property damage.

• Participation in events is at your own risk.

 

6. Cancellations & Changes

• We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events for any reason, including weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control.

• In the case of a cancellation, ticket holders may receive a refund or credit as determined by Collective Culture.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Mecklenburg County courts.
